Terms of use

Gather Sprout provides web software for email capture, audience management, and related workspace tools, with messaging available where enabled for the deployment. Features available to you depend on your organisation’s configuration and the operators running your deployment.

You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials confidential, and use the service only for lawful email capture and messaging. Do not abuse public capture endpoints, attempt to bypass suppressions, or use the service to send unlawful or deceptive messages.

Public marketing pages may show clearly labelled sample charts and records. Those figures are not live customer metrics.

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe: Starter costs $9 per month and Growth costs $29 per month. Prices include the plan limits published on the pricing page. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Gather Sprout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time in the billing portal opened from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: paid plan limits continue until that date, then the workspace moves to the Free plan limits.

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription enters a failed-payment state and paid limits are withdrawn once the paid period ends. You can update payment details and restore the subscription at any time from the billing portal.
