A form that sits in your content — end of an article, a sidebar, a footer — and posts straight into the workspace.
What it records
- The page it was submitted from
- The referrer that sent them
- The consent wording, as shown
Recorded for a new accepted capture and kept against the contact. The current console shows source plus the latest offer/page when those values exist.
Setting it up
Copy the snippet from the console and paste it where the form should appear. Browser requests from other origins are rejected when the form is locked to a registered origin.
