QR code email signup
A market stall, a counter, an event table. A printed code opens the hosted page, and a marker in the link says where it was scanned.
What it records
- The full address the code opened, marker and all
- The form name, stored as the offer
- The consent wording, as shown
Recorded for a new accepted capture and kept against the contact. The current console shows source plus the latest offer/page when those values exist.
Setting it up
Point a printed code at the hosted page and give each location its own marker in the link. The page address is kept in provenance, so an analyst can compare locations in the contact record and source data. Generating the code itself is up to you — any QR tool will do.
