Overages and upgrades
When you reach a plan limit — contacts, forms, automations, team members, or campaign volume — the API returns plan_limit_reached. Upgrade in Settings before creating more resources.
Cancellation
Paid subscriptions managed through Stripe can be cancelled or changed in the billing portal from Settings. Free workspaces have no subscription to cancel.
